Shipping policy

Free shipping to Canada and the United States

At PawFrolic, shipping is free on all orders delivered in Canada and the United States, with no minimum purchase.

Timing

Order processing: 1 to 3 business days after payment.
Estimated delivery: 7 to 15 business days after shipping.

Our toys ship directly from our logistics partner's warehouse overseas. That's what allows us to offer fair prices and free shipping. We prefer to be transparent: this takes longer than a local store, and we tell you before you buy.

Order tracking

As soon as your parcel ships, you receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Delays

Delays beyond our control can happen (customs, holiday season, weather, carrier). If your parcel hasn't arrived 25 business days after shipping, email us: we'll do what it takes to locate your order or offer you a solution.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address when ordering. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of ordering, before your order ships.

Prices, currencies and import fees

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars in Canada and in US dollars in the United States. If you are ever asked to pay import or customs fees on delivery, contact us before paying them.
